This community service activity aims to enhance health literacy related to medications in Limau Manih Selatan Village, Pauh District, Padang City. Focused on Posyandu and PKK cadre groups, the initiative responds to the lack of knowledge and skills in the wise and rational use of medications in the community, particularly regarding hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The implementation method involves coordination with cadres, distribution of questionnaires to assess the initial level of knowledge, lectures on the prudent use of medications, group discussions, campaign simulation, cadre training, and post-activity evaluation through questionnaires. The activity took place over three months in the Pondok Permai Housing area, Limau Manih Selatan Village. Training results indicate an improvement in participants' knowledge regarding the rational use of medications. The post-survey also demonstrates the participants' high enthusiasm to engage in similar community service activities in the future. The conclusion drawn from this activity is a positive contribution to improving health literacy related to medications in the village, with the hope of enhancing healthcare services, improving quality of life, and overall community well-being.
